CMB Admins never available?

So, I've been waiting for a week, as I was asked, and now I contact a CMB admin to do the "exam" to get the passport. There is just one problem. There are always several CMB admins, but NO ONE wants to do these exams or something related to their "obligations" as CMB admins. 4 days by now, and no passport. This is great, I think these Admins who do not want to do the exams, or nothing, and just want to play, stop being CMB admins, recruit new ones.

They are required only to offer tests when they advertise that they are available for testing. Other times they may have other work to do.

I could do it, but my time as an administrator is limited and it's needed for other tasks, it's part of my job.

Whenever I'm online I answer every passport test request from myself. Either I perform the test on my own or I pick some other CMB to do it, when I'm busy.

I'll see what's the reason of CMB's inactivity. Thank you for your report.

Anyway, even if you fail on the test for passport, you still have a chance to become a citizien of San Andreas. I can falsify documents for the corresponding amount.  *coughs* 10k *coughs*

You can not asume that a CMB admin will always help you when want.
I myself am a CMB admin and I find myself getting spammed over and over by the same person after I tell them 'no I'm busy, sorry'.

Ye,i agree those CMB Admins need to be more aktive. And CMB Leaders should accept more CMB Admins to make so more get help. =)

This is only way to get CMB Admins better,so leaders should open the ''Application'' and right now. Accept/denied them.
We need more CMB Admins in this popular server.

You guys shouldn't be worry about the "busy" CMB admins, usually I handle about 1-4 new players at the same time, it's only matter of time til you get a passport, beside that I was inactive the last week so expect me to test you today or tomorrow.
