During the investigation they encounter tommy and the sniper in a corner near the snipers house Tommy and the sniper run in different directions, Horatio chases tommy, The kind of mexican guy chases the sniper.
during the chase Horatio caine bends a corner and almost gets shotted drive-by stile by one off tommy's henchmen .
Mexo guy caughts the sniper after this gets rammed by a car and falls to the ground.
The snipers is proved to be the murderer of the chick, the senator escapes the investigation, tommy flies to Las Venturas.
The episode ends with Horatio talking on the phone with Gil Gribson from CSI Las Venturas
