Shitty Resolution/Text

Hey there.

I was playing ( while I was in SA:MP of course ) with the resolutions in OPTION -> DISPLAY section. I was setting all the resolutions to check them all. After I reached one resolution, it didn't work and there appeared some bullshit with "OUT OF RANGE" in my screen. And that for like 5 minutes. I entered several times in SA:MP and SA single player but when it starts that thing appears again and not letting me join the game. I tried getting another GTA_SA.exe but it's still not working.

Any help?  :roll:

Delete your gta sa.set file in the gta user files in my documents. That will work.

Ye it worked.. Anyways.

The reason that I started playing with the resolutions was because when I entered in SA:MP ( in a normal day ), the words in mainchat and the players' name above were like in the [i ] code [/ i] and it was pretty annoying. Now, I got the same problem.. Anyhow I can change that thing?

Linux normally gives me a problem like this because I don't have any fonts installed..?

if you have your laptop if it is a laptop plugged into a Desktop screen this can occur , can be fixed by pluggin in and out

Try to get the latest drivers for your GPU. Had almost the saame issue, after new drivers it worked actually great + had some FPS boost.

I don't know if this can happen in SA:MP, but seems like one of your font files got corrupted and Windows had to find the closest substitute.
