Well, let me share some of my thoughts first.
I'm a fan of Far Cry to be frankly honest. I loved the first game, tho admit, ill never finished it because it gets a little bit too boring hiding by the trees and etc, because game requires much stealth. Run n gun doesnt work in this game. Youll be dead in seconds.
Im currently playing Far Cry 2. It's really fun and im enjoying it, but it's totally opposite to Far Cry 1. It's pretty much run - n - gun game. No stealth elements at all. Well, yeah, you have a knife and you can sneak up near the enemy and knife him, but what's the point if the enemy sees you as soon as you stealthy knife someone.. The AI is shit to be even more frankly honest and the plot.. Dont get me started.. I mean, every single negro in this region starts shooting you no matter what. Just a moment ago i was driving my car and seeing another NPC, i thought - "Oh, another NPC driving a car" but then i notice him get out of the car and smoke me with his AK47.. The game has the stealth elements from Far Cy 1 gone, so basically it's a run-n-gun game. But i love it tho, because i like run-n-gun games.
Far Crt 3 - Well , seems like elements from first Far Cry is back .Im definatly getting it.
