Can't start GTA SA.

Hello guys,


I'v noticed problems with my PC, after I reinstalled windows 7 the windows working good and I can't see any problem with it.
But unfortunately after I installed the same GTA SA that I was playing on it before (and it was working pretty great) on my new windows I can't start the game NEVER.
I already put the crack, already tried to reinstall it hundred times, already installed another copy of GTA SA from "isohunt" and no one had my problem with this game, that I try to start the game but it doesn't do ANYTHING, no any alert box or any thing that shows me that I got problem with my game, nothing happens.
Please help me and thanks.

If he bought the game before, but it didnt work , he has all the rights to download it since he already owns the license

If you owned the game, i mean, bought it, then you can download the copy since you already own its license.
If you did not bought the game and simply pirated it, then shame on you! No help will be given to you.
