Dell Optiplex 755 - Need help with choosing a graphics card

Hey everyone,
I have a Dell Optiplex 755 and am wondering what cheap low profile graphics card would work well with this computer so I can play GTA IV.

Specs are:
 -  8Gb Ram
 -  Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7200 @ 2.53GHz
 -  Intel(R) Q35 Express Chipset
