As the title states,

I have been recently having troubles with my netbook. It works fine when browsing the web etc but when it comes to streaming/playing youtube it constantly stutters. Everything stops responding, you hear some loud noise like bzzzzzzzzzz for 30-45 seconds then it resumes again.

Seems like it is being "overloaded" and can't cope.
How many other programs do you have running in the background like Anti-Virus, skype etc.
It could just be Flash/Java that is outdated/bugged causing problems.
Try update your Flash Player and Java and see if that possibly helps at all.

What browser are you running?

I'm not entirely sure but I do have Anti-Virus running..
Alright, I will begin to update my Java and Flash Player
I'm running Chrome as my browser.

Could the problem be that my netbook is overheating? It does not have a fan, ofc.

Chrome is one of the more "Ram/resource" dependent Browsers, try open a video/stream something in Internet Explorer with no Google Chrome pages open.
I know my friends old PC can't play a YouTube video on Chrome, it just lags constantly.

If you have an air compressor or something of the sort, try blow out the cooling vents either under or on the side of the laptop that link to the inside of the laptop.

If you have it installed, give it a try.
After you install Flash and Java, ensure you restart your Laptop.

Right.. if all of this doesn't work.. anything else I could try?

I think it could be the drivers.. but the pc indicates they are fine

Open up RUN, type in "dxdiag" click save all information, and copy + paste what it gives you here.

Have you at some point upgraded any Graphics drivers?

Right, let me re-do the whole situation yet again. When I play media or stream, the net-book stutters. Everything is unresponsive and for a good 30-45 seconds there is a long buzz noise.

The first thing what I managed to do is delete all the useless crap that come with the net-book itself as it is no needed and could interfere with the media.
The second thing I did was update Flash Player and Java. Now with already these two steps, the stuttering still occurred.

I decided to update my drivers. They were all successfully updated. The stuttering still occurred. And this is what stage I currently am in.

I am really feeling like shit right now after spending $210 on this..

Here is an example of what occurs when playing songs/movies etc. Please ignore the quality of the video and the username. I also cba to edit and sent straight from my iphone so ignore the rest of the vid.

Netbook stuttering

The PC should have a fan, but NEVER blow the air out with an air compressor, it blows dirt into the bearings and kills the fan.

Probably harddrive.

Seems like a harddrive issue. Ram is also possible, that it is to low.
