DDoS attacks is a crime, just like any other crimes. Otherwise, members of Anonymous wouldn't have been arrested for DDoS attacks on (lets take an example) Paypal.

Servers are up some time now, and to disappoint our facker friends, they did not manage anything.
The one and single problem was that someone in the data center read the traffic upside down and there for locked the server.
As usual this happens when I am far away, so it took some time to kick the right ass.
