It would be much quicker if you gave him some clue as to positively identify yourself as who you say you are :)

Also, identify your account by telling Gandalf the approximate amount of money in your account, your last used skin, owned vehicles, properties, last logged in. That sort of information will help you getting it back. Also, the information may be best to send via PM, instead of posting it here on the forums.
