No one really cares. Pups plays VCMP regularly nowadays unlike yourself, so how come he didn't give a damn beforehand?

Now FlameMan, before you go about deleting passport agency threads in a fit of copyright rage (which is basically how I see this entire situation), I'd just like to ask a few questions.

• How does this particular agency's existence impact yours?
• Why should you assert control over a group on a server you have virtually zero activity on?
• What significance does using orange headers have on any of this?

Once you can answer that, maybe I'll start taking you seriously.

1. When someone claimed "founders" right for Citizenship and Migration Board on IV:MP server, developers of IV:MP rushed and gave a statement that the only founders of the CMB are Pups and FlameMan. This statement applies on every server in the boundries of Argonath RPG.

2. Citizenship and Migration Board has its procedures and regulations to make sure that passport candidates are aware of the server rules, government structure, vision, commands etc. and are prepared well enough to have a good start on the server. Now, if someone sees that Citizenship and Migration Board is responsible for passports in particular server, or if it's one of organizations that is responsible for passports, they can be sure that procedues, which have been created, updated and improved for years, are professional.

3. Leadership above all CMB projects on all servers belongs to the CMB Founders. It is that way with every organization, group and clan on Argonath RPG that is inter-server. In case of CMB, leading is important because of applying procedures, oversight the general work and existence of this organization on the server and its problems. Taking IV:MP CMB for instance, they are using CMB main forum (http://cmb.argonathrpg.com), same like SA:MP, and it is the only way I lead it.
I am not active in-game, CMB Director there (Rami) has a free hand in doing anything, but in major changes he is obligated to contact me and wait for approval. This is the way ARPD works now, under Jaaskaa. Chiefs in divisions (SA:MP SAPD, IV:MP LVPD, FBI on each server etc) have permission for almost everything but in major cases they have to contact ARPD Commissioner Jaaskaa.
And I am such Commissioner of the CMB. So if anyone is claiming to lead CMB and I don't know about it - he is lying.

4. It does have high significance because if someone can see a name "Citizenship and Migration Board" it automatically connects his thoughts to organization that has been existing and working since 2008 and that was founded by Pups and me. But HOWEVER, even if that was not enough, and maybe somehow a person could have doubts, he enters the topic and sees a scheme of topic, exactly like we used to use on Argonath main forum. Which has been actually copied without our knowledge.


Theferfore, taking everything into account, I would like to request - either removal of all copied content and change of name, which you were using without authorisation, or decide about implementing CMB procedures, then joining official CMB forum registered by Gandalf and me.

I've noted Citizenship and Migration Board topic of VC:MP for long time ago and i have to say that personally i haven't really care about it. Since i haven't been with the Citizenship and Migration Board for a while now, i feel that i don't have a much entitlement to take a action here. I do feel positions of the both sides and that makes me neutral in this topic, but even still i hope that an compromise could be reached.

I'm glad that someone have decided to open/run Citizenship and Migration Board for the VC:MP division and i actually support that, but i feel that it's wrong to rush with that without having any consultation with existing organization. I don't know i wasn't there/here but according to FlameMan words, i could see so. ( Though as far as i know, Citizeship and Migration Board are not patented. )

First off, I'd like to point out a little fact: the first topic named "Citizen & Migrationship Board" in the VC:MP board is nearly a year older than the topic I have found in the SA:MP City Hall board, which co-incidentally was named the same way.

There was actually an topic made by me first but while after i had left SA:MP, my created topic got removed and it got re-made by someone else, but it doesn't make much sense here, just additional information.
