  I just will say what i think. Since long time ago i have seen old members gettin banned for not important reason. Since early this year i saw that
my reports never got watch my admins, unless i reported a hacker, but saw how all reports made to me were looked by admins. Like yesterday,
when i was at a car and i got carjacked, i reported, any PM, and i'm not saying when 1 admins were online, when i reported 7 were.
  In other ocassion we were on a DD, i'm not saying this againts Jcs-its just a example-. I got carjacked, an admins were on event(like 3), i reported, nothing happened, then i got it back and i carkilled him 3 times and this what happened.
You have been jailed by Jcs for 250 seconds.
Me to Jcs: Why you jailed me?
Jcs to me: Because you carkilled him
Me to Jcs: But he carjacked me.
Jcs to me: Report him then.
Me to Jcs: I reported check it
Anything happened, i got jailed, no answer by admin.
  I just want to say that, since long time ago i've seen my reports haven't been checked, but the others one againts me yes. I wont make an unban request, if Murt feels that i did not deserve a ban for that reason, its welcome, BUT I WON'T MAKE AN UNBAN REQUEST. And Murt you should ask before you banned me because i don't think you espectated all the time, If you didn't know i was running to Air when the cop came and carkilled me then she got out and started shooting me, he hit me 2 times, then i joined pizza stack and healed.

I don't think veterans or regular deserve a ban for minor rules, while newbie don't get nothing

Well i will just say one more thing, ARGONATH WOULD BE A BETTER SERVER IF COPS ATLEAST NEED 7 DAYS PLAYING BEFORE JOINING DUTY.

Rulebreaking back is not the way to go. You will get punished, even if someone did break the rules before and you was a victim of it.

I agree that in this instance, the OP was wrong. But, I have found myself in situations where I was being DMed or carkilled and I simply returned fire after warning them to stop. After defending myself I was disarmed and punished. :hit:

Break rules and you have the chance to get punished. Especially if you have just alerted admins to check out what happens around you by reporting.

Three guys in front of you cross the red light and you get a ticket for it. Its unfair, but its life.
