About bloody time son. After 5 times being the second best and runner up, Andy Murray beat Novak Djokovic to end Britain's 76 year wait for a US Open champion. Well done, honestly well done. He deserves it.

Did I mention he's Scottish?

I seriously thought he was going to choke after Djokovic beat him in 2 straight sets, but well, he came out like a boss.

Murray's on a bit of a roll at the moment - Olympic Gold and now the US Open. Hopefully he can keep it up!

I stayed up and watched the match. Although I'm not the biggest of tennis fans, I've got to say it was one of the most exciting games I've ever seen.
