The Court of Vice City is currently processing this case, between Mr. Alarba
[plaintiff] and Mr. Tahmid
[defendent].
We hope to be able to resolve this through the cooperation of those present at the scene and the Argonath RPG Police Department (who Tahmid would have been working for as freelance).
First of all, some kind of a disruption on board the bus/around the bus stop and along its route can be noted from the evidence put forward.
Exhibit A shows something concerning which could have led to interference from the police. A death of a passenger(?) is noted, and there's quite a lot of disturbance it seems.

Next, in Exhibit B someone on board the bus by the name of Nylez is marked as a suspect by the law enforcement officer under the reason "he be tryna rob me men"... which could in simpler words be "robbery/theft".
The officer found the need to take down [DC]Nylez, after telling them to "give up!!".
As a result, the driver, you Mr. Alarba drove away from the scene (as you say, "in shock") and we are next presented with a shot of you being suspected by the same officer for "failure to stops", after which you surrender (Exhibit C) and are arrested (Exhibit D).
Accusations and DemandsI then accuse Mr. Tahmid of the following :
- Abuse of police power. ( Instant use of spikes for no reason at all )
- Psychological damage. ( Shock from the manslaughter + Racist comment )
- Private property damage. ( Damage to bus )
- Manslaughter.
My demand is that the court of law applies it's fist of justice. I am also requesting a financial compensation of 250$ for the repair of the bus, 1750$ for my lost salary and jail expenses and finally, 3000$ for my therapy sessions, due to the big psychological scar I was left with.
- Abuse of police power: This can be clarified during this case. Evidence shows actions taken by Tahmid, but the justification is yet to be cleared.
- Psychological damage: I cannot find any racist remarks/implications from Tahmid,
(disregarding the /me action). As for shock, the court may call up a medical professional to corroborate if it is needed. The police officer may have been forced to carry out the actions that they did in public after suspecting Nylez.
- Private property damage: Damage to the vehicle is shown with good evidence, and it is possible that unnecessary damage was caused by the officer.
- Manslaughter: Linked to the first accusation, this should be made clear during the case.
Compensations for damage shall be evaluated.
Would it be possible to give information on your employer (who would have had their vehicle damaged) so we can gain further information?
The vehicle (registration) ID would also be very useful.
Psychological damage will again be corroborated if necessary.

Witnesses to be called up can include: JAMEZZZ, [MKs]N.Hans and any others that were present and able to contribute to this case for either party.
