I Recently Bought A House in Mullholland Near Burger Shot. I went to a 24/7 and typed /Buy Alarm as i wanted a alarm for my house. But when i typed /buy alarm it said 'you do not own a bizz'. So Does That Mean That I Need a House and Bizz to Get a Alaerm? I Told Hidduh About the problem and he told me it was strange and to Post a Bug Report on the Forums.

Not a major bug, most likely won't be fixed because scripters are busy with RS5.

My best guess is that you need to wait for RS5 where the feature will either be fixed or removed :)
