theres a dmer on the server who is making things very annoying. if and admin could please come on and fix this problem, then that would be great, or if an admin could give me their aim name so i could im them when things like this happen again, then i could pm them to let them know

You can check if any of them is online and send a forum PM about the situation, but remember that it's always good to try explaining the rules yourself. Sometimes even non-admin can make dmers stop breaking the rules. All you have to do is talk to them and explain the basic stuff. Some of them will go read the rules if they see you are friendly towards them.
