The Godfather II - Mouse spinning bug

Heya,
A while ago I started up GFII again and got this weird problem where the mouse forces itself into a left-upward motion. I deleted the game after I found out, I was sickof it at that time. But now when I uhm.... "buy" it again it has the same problem! I removed it completely last time, now I reinstalled it and it still has the same problem when I start a new game.  I can't stop it, I can't change it. Forums say that you gotta dissconnect all gamepad devices; I did but it still is there. It's bugging me to death since you can't play a game where you can't focus infront of you because the camera is always spinning.
I made a lil video to display the scenario.

As you can see it stops moving when I press left shift and run forward, but starts again when I stop running.
The fast forward part is because the conversation isn't relevant, it just shows that the spinning stops at a cutscene, then starts again.

Anyhoot, I hope there's SOMEONE who can bring light into this situation, as the only solution found to this problem is to disconnect all gamepad devices.

I don't know any way to fix it,but for the people that may be able to fix it Dutchy,your video is still not viewable, "un-private" it so they can get to it and help.

It should be able to watch when you have the link, but since that isn't the case I'll unprivate it.

Believe me Dutchy, you dont want to play that game..

I already did in the past and I liked it. I know what you mean because when I first played it for the xbox 360 it sucked after a while.. But when just push through and go on it becomes fun after a while.. at least for me.
