BIG PROBLEM HELP PLEASE

I have problem with vice city multyplayer i turn on mp and play server and then i got turn on single player game and in each server and when i close mp my screen is spammed with error some and it happening every time on all my 3 computors i will be thankfull if some1 can help me
And one more thing can i buy house and house cars and biz in vcmp like in samp??

Either set the VC:MP executable to Windows 98/ME compatibility mode, or use the new VC:MP server browser.

Use the patch 1.0 for gta-vc.exe

Yes, but as for cars you cannot park them anywhere you want like in SAMP.
