I always cleaned myself my PC.I didn't had problem with the CPU till now.I was like "WTF But i am sure i put it right!"... seems i don't. :D

Took it out just to clean it better.And nope,i didn't had any in home,but at the service they put.There was not much paste left at the CPU.

Must..must..

Nah, you don't have to. It will definitely decrease temperatures if you do it, but it is not completely necessary. It works without doing that too, at 'regular' temperatures.

Generally speaking you should replace it, depending on the age of it/how long it's been there for.

Eih..

Best option you got is replacing it due the fact a CPU gets hot..

Hot + no proper heatsink = bye bye CPU in a long period....

It's less expensive to, some paste is around 3-4 euros... I prefer wasting 3 euros on that then wasting it at a new CPU and paste.

Well if you are having problem with your monitor then check for picture tube. Many times when picture tube do not work properly this problem arise. I have also the same problem with my PC.  You either repair the tube or change it so that the monitor can work properly. Also check your switch board before installing the wire into the board.
