The voice actor has already said he won't be in the GTA V game. And Rockstar announced that any games previous of GTA IV were in another "time", so no return of those characters.

I'm talking about the voice. And young maylay or whatever his name is could have said that to not spread any rumours. That voice is typically CJ.
