How to piss off admins

I can take a little but what realy bugs me is the ADMINN DM er KICK HIM ! RON has told all admins when they start EXACTLY how to punish for which offence and this is not always a kick/ban . There are more ways , some are just to talk to a new player explaining the rules . People yell KICK right away , when they are kicked for the same they yell abuse thats what bugs me .

The thing i do with SAMP Admins, because admins are a team(im MTA admin) i help them out

Like, i have read the rule, and when people and or newcomers ask admins in OOC chat, i help them to the best of my ability.

Well, he taught me to try and help people, rather than punish them, for what they did without explaining.

Be Warned: i am not admin on SAMP and idk if they will pick me
but when you try and help an admin out, new players will say "Hayden, are you admin? no, so shut your face"
so, be warned, and try and help all, that are in need.

Why did you kick/ban <player> ?
Dont ask admins why they kicked or banned someone unless you really have a good reason, admins are most of the time busy enough taking care of the things they NEED to do, and really dont have time to explain some player why he kicked/banned someone or even go in a discussion with them.

Player can ask why admin kicked someone... Perhaps it is his friend and he will explain to the guy what was wrong...
Actually, this topic should have other attitude from admins as well...
No secret that some players are really pissing off admins...
From reading some logs of complains I noticed that in most situations players just provoke admins... They flame get kick, continue flame...
Using such behavior to make admin lose his rights will not help... Admin will NOT lose rights, if developers found out he was provoked by kicked players and their friends...

The admins are to whiney these days.. Just a liiiittle bit of bad critics, and it's kick immediatly. I don't say that all of them is like that, but a small amount of them.
And no, even if a player complains to [email protected], nothing happens. Even if i have screenshots that clearly shows abusing/admins not doing their work, nothing happens. No reply or anything. Is that email really active?

We should do a topic called "How admins pisses off players", so all admins know that abusing pisses us off.

Robby, Admins job isnt as easy as it looks, and players some along and complain about our work. We get no credit from most players when we do something good with our admin work, Instead we get critisied.

I understand that it's much responsibility to be an admin, though admins should not whine so much over a little critics. It's like if someone kicks me for running over a fence, and i say that it wasn't a good reason to kick me - another kick.

With or without flaming, you still get kicked for giving an admin a little bit of critics. But as i said, this is not all admins.

Both bad and good critics are good - it makes you an even better admin.
