I need an available manager

I need to get ahold of a manager. I don't want to PM one because well, honestly they either don't answer,
are too busy, or simply don't want to deal with the situation. It's important.
And I need it solved basically now, or as soon as possible.
So, if a manager can post here or PM me, that would be great.
