Well Hyper Cam 2 is a simple recording program that I use but can lag a lot depending how much quality you are recording.
The thing I like with it is that you can choose the window area that you record in instead of recording the whole screen if you don't need to and you can choose whether to record the mouse cursor and have sound in it.
