Battery problem: try non-rechargeable batteries.

White stripes: export movie to PC and see if they are shown there as well.
Either CMOS is bad or it is the result of inteference from other electronic equipment like the camera you shot the video with.

Do not roleplay a veteran on discord, be a veteran in game.

White stripes persist even outdoors, it is not interference. You did not seem to get the problem well. Pictures do get white stripes when they get saved into cameras memory, and they do indeed show up in computer, while movies dont have those stripes.

Batteries are non rechargable.
