How are the forum ranks earned

I have a question how are the forum ranks earned by the time being online or by the posts

The forum ranks are based on your forum spent activity.

I used 'search' feature and see what I got:
First topic.
Second topic.
Third topic.


Ranks are based on how much time you've spent online on forum.
Regular - 2 days, two hours.
Veteran - 20 days, 20 hours.
Hero - 41 days, 20 hours.
Orc - 81 days, 20 hours(?).

To see how much you've spend:
 Forum profile > Profile info > Show stats > Total time logged in.

Answer given, should be locked.
