That happens a lot: Player A shoots player B. Player B shoots back. Player A reports Player B for dming and then stands still. Admin sees Player B killing the standing still Player A and punishes Player B.

Thats not a complaint about admins at all. Just stating that a lot (yes, a lot) of players use that technique to get their enemies punished, and it does work.  Anyway, thats not the subject of this thread...

This would be the most case, yes.But there's players with a shitload of weaponry at their hands, and someone just tries to kill them.Would you stop and report while youre getting raped with combat or you shoot back? In most cases, they shoot back.
