I made a signature myself and set it as my forum signature but it changes to 203x90 pixels automatically

Any idea why?

It's a setting enabled on the forums to prevent people from using massive signatures and causing pages to load slowly for people with not so good internet. There's nothing you can do to prevent it.

90 pixels is the maximum allowed vertical dimension, if you exceed this it will resize.
