My game is lagging on evry 2 minutes

Well,when i enter in GTA evrything seesm alright and after 2 minutes my game is start lagging and fixing and after 2 minutes again is start lagging im palying with that since 1 year and it making me angry please help me.
My pc information:
RAM:1GB
Processor 2.0
AMD Althon 64  3200+.

No,im not using any mods,and i will try to low the graphics.

I am taking a wild guess that your RAM is a bit too low, otherwise you should be fine. Dont expect to get super smooth gameplay because your computer doesnt seem to be that powerful.if  you can push away and spend a bit of money and get that 1gb stick of ram, that will make your computer alot faster, and most likely fix your lag. Because 1gb of ram is alot less than you need especially when gaming.

Im using just skype or Team Speak i cant without these programs becouse im sapd.
