[NEW] Property pricing and regulations

After many years of the pricing for properties being the same, we have come to a point where we have identified the need for prices to be updated to reflect the rate of inflation we have brought in a few changes that will mainly affect new properties set from this point on. New properties will have an increased premium onto them compared to before and premium properties such as mansions and skyscrapers will have significantly increased costs.

Along with the pricing changes, there are also a few new rules that we have in place. These are highlighted below in all bold.

1) Please DO NOT ask an admin/manager or anybody else to sell a property or business - we are NOT ALLOWED TO! Even if a player has been banned for 3/4/5/6/+ months, we still can not do it. It is a semi-automatic process that will be done after 3 months of the property not being entered by the owner. Yes entered - so even if you are active and you don't enter, they may still get sold!

2) We can NOT change business to houses and visa versa. Don't ask.

3) We can not set properties where there is not a door present. So if there is only windows or nothing, it won't be set.

4) We can not lower the price because you can't afford it. The price we set is the price you pay.

5) Changing ints will only change the cost by around 20/30k maximum in most cases. The interiors need to be in proportion to the size, so no trailer int in mad dogs and no mad dogs in a normal house.

6) Do not hide ANY information of your property, including the price, if we have to come to your house or business multiple times to change the name, you risk loosing it.

7) We can't restock businesses that are unowned, so don't ask! We will however set the entry fee to $0 if you ask. We will also teleport you to the interior so you can see what it looks like.

8) Just because the house next to you costs, say, $130,000 does not mean yours will, even if it is the exact same house! It is measured by area, not how it looks. End.

10) Please note that if a property admin says something can't be set, that means it can't be set! Don't go and ask another one.

12) Most importantly: If we say we're busy with other admin work, please just be patient, we'll often say in mainchat when we are free for property work. Reports and rulebreaking ALWAYS comes before property work!

12) ALL houses must have at least 1 door and 1 window. Businesses must have at least 1 door. Old properties that do not meet this will be discussed with the owner.

13) Skyscrapper will now be businesses ONLY.

14) We are temporarily not setting properties at these locations: Idlewood, Commerce, Pershing Square, Richman, Mulholland and Marina. We will change interiors for existing properties here. No casino int changes.

15) A house must look like a house. Your are not Patrick from Spongebob, you can not live in/under/on a rock. Houses are not set in sewers, hobos do not own property. Businesses that have official signage such as "Ammunation" or "24/7" will have an interior to match.

16) Ligthouses can now be set. However it must still have one door and one window, so this excludes the one at Bayside.
