Masseuse invades game and avoids goal

This simply beggars belief ..... a masseur has stopped a certain goal in Brazil’s Serie D on
Saturday.

The game was tied and a goal at that time would give victory to the opponent, the masseuse did not think twice. With a minute to go in the second half, Tupi launched an attack, after a mini scramble, Ademilson beat the goal keeper with a close range shot only for it to be stopped on the line by a white shirted opponent.

The Aparecidence masseur eventually saved two goal bound shots before running for his life and out the ground itself.

Despite the presence of riot police, the referee did finish the match moments later with Tupi left to rue the pitch invader who prevented them from progressing in the Serie D play-offs.

Reports in Brazil claim that Tupi are taking the clip below to the law courts in an attempt to have the result reversed.
