I've got heaps of characters that I can list off the top of my head but I'll only name this one.

Sean Walsh:

An Irish immigrant who moved to San Andreas with his parents during the Ireland-Spanish war of 1930, since then has gone to San Fierro University where he has achieved a masters degree in chemistry. He spends every waking hour making different chemical streams and inventing new forms of medicine for people; in his spare time he likes to test his chemicals on people for purposes that only Dr. Sean Walsh can explain. He has been sent to numerous insane asylums for his weird behavior around strangers but none has cured him; he usually isolates himself from everybody inside his lab in the Bone County desert. Sean has not been seen by anyone in 3 years.

Sheriff of Fort Carson

He is a sheriff who is always busy with emanating "custom laws" in fort carson, drinking his whiskey, looking around for some feds, he is know to commit actions that i wouldnt define exactly legal on duty, such as: robbery, armed robbery,assault, thief of fuel, vandalising and some others.
In the weekend he is know to go to LS to bust some ballas and drink something with the local seargent named Def.
He is always looking for some young people to help him.
