hello everybody i need help, how i can capture pictures of my game and messages and how i can upload on forum

Press F8 ingame for a screenshot, press F7 twice for the chat to disappear. Then upload the picture to some site like tinypic and then copy the [ IMG ]lablabla[/img] (without the spaces inside []and past it here!
