Ben considering your history with Argonath, we would like to hear your side of the story first of why you were originally banned, and why you chose to ban evade with 2 different accounts, and then a third through a proxy server.

Please be truthful in this request, you obviously ban evaded for a reason, and you are posting this request for a reason.

Well as far as I understood it, I was banned because at a DD event that I hosted me and another guy were only two left, so I pmed him
to let me win for part of the prize.

Honestly, since it was my event, my rules and I didnt disallow this in my rules I saw that as nothing but a lawbrake MAYBE, surely I did not even
think that it would lead to any sort of reaction, not a ban for sure.

I really think I did NOTHING wrong that far, and if you disagree then fine, will not happen again.

Then comes the part where I was alittle, well maybe more then alittle "bad" where I ban evaded.
I dont justify my ban evade but If you want to know the actual reason and why I did it, it was because I know argonath and how thing works
and I got simply super pissed of the attitude that was shown to me, for such "DD scam" that "I did".
Especially after what you said in the PM senate, that was the last straw that "made me do it".
Also I hope you read my respond pm.

would be given a chance to explain or would get talked to, instead of just getting banned on the spot.

The fact that you think scamming your fellow players is not wrong is very troublesome to me. This incident is not isolated, and is what ultimately led to your ban due to the way it was executed. However, there were several complaints of your behavior leading up to this event most of them regarding hunger for money. Even in your early days you were constantly accused of stealing suspects from other cops to get the /jail rewards for yourself.

You eventually gained your fame and fortune and settled into a fairly decent player. With the reset of all accounts in IVMP it seems that the hunger has returned, only this time you tried to take the short road by victimizing other innocent players for your own gain. If you cannot see and admit to your mistakes then there will be no learning from them and the behavior will continue.

Here is a quite from the "How to post an unban request" topic. I suggest reading it fully and thinking about the whole picture here. Not just how this ban has effected you, and what you did or did not do, but how your actions effected others.

Argonath is known to take a lenient approach to players who have been banned but are open and honest about it, it is in your best interests to admit to the rule breaking immediately and thus secure the earliest possible unban date. If after investigating your case we believe you to be lying we will deny your unban request.

The following are good ways to ensure your unban request is either denied or delayed:

• Making threats;
• Making abusive comments about staff or players;
• Lying;
• Sending forum PMs to the admin who banned you or other staff members;
• Ban evading;
• Arguing about the outcome of your unban request;

The following are good ways to have your ban lifted:

• Being entirely honest and open from the outset;
• Being patient;
• Being respectful towards the admin who banned you and the HQ staff who will consider unbanning you;
• Remaining calm even when you dispute the circumstances of the ban;

Remember, this is an unban request not a way for you to express your grievances. If you wish to make a complaint about a member of staff the only acceptable way to do this is to send an email to [email protected]

Please re-read my first comment, It appears that you have not fully understood what I meant.

I will admit that yes, I have seen myself money hungry with the reset, but then I realized that and I stopped, and like a day after the ban came.

I am NOT money hungry anymore.

The for the record, what happend with james, was he money scamming me.

So I have a question, but I will clarify a point out first, since it doesn't look like you really understood the charges on you. I will just comment the few worst excuses I've ever read during my "career", because I'd just spend hours commenting all the disappointing rest.

Being a regular and even a veteran player doesn't imply any good treatment or discount on the penalty you're going to receive. On the contrary this is, in my opinion, a reason to be even harsher with you.

Veterans are indeed quite trusted players we would never expect something like this from. Don't you think your guilt is even worse from this point of view? You perfectly knew what you were doing and you perfectly knew what the consequences would be. I'm not just talking about the punishment. You were indiscriminately organizing events with the unique aim of getting money, which is absolutely not the spirit of an event, nor the spirit of Argonath. And it was not the first time you were doing that..

The facility you are stating this with is simply unarming. You committed one of the worse rulebreaks and you claim you did that because we haven't been kind with you? Unarming, unarming.

Yes, this is a game. I'm sure a (veteran) player begging for 200 virtual dollars one hour pretending he did not understand a taxi is to be paid (I do not want to hear yours about this) surely takes a game for a game. And obviously mentions this only after a ban... senseless.

You won't tease anyone anymore. I personally find unacceptable any excuse presented so far against your ban.

You are just lucky I'm not the one deciding here, because that would have implied a stright permanent ban with a routeblock after your next attempt of login.

After a ban, after banevading, what is the reason of contacting me personally, trying to have a person you were working in the same team with some hours before fired?

Alright as you requested, Ill answer all of your questions.

Lets begin with the taxi thing, cause its the most simple thing to explain, Batta you are like my english teacher, same personality and knows perfect English altho I do not know english perfect, What was written to me was that james accepted me as fare, if you do not know that phrase you cant logicly assume its him taking my money as we drive. I only realized that after I looked up on google translate, and it wasnt about the 200$, it was about the principle and the fact that I see such acts from and admin.

Second, I did not ask for less punishment cause I am a regular/veteran, not at all, what I did say is since I am a regular/veteran and considerd more
trusty, I should get a chance to explain, because maybe, there was a misunderstanding, and only after a small chat decide whether to ban or not.
think what would have happend if you did someting that is fine, but looked wrong, and YOU would get banned on the spot, instead of a manager or someone talk to you figure this out, then think what to do.

And lastly the answer you have been waiting for, the case with GFBMMC,
its very simple, when I ban evaded I acted as I am Shely Spector, correct right?
I just tried to look like a noob, do most stuff im being told ask questions and such.
Then once I was in the car with Sue and GFB he did do those things I said, to shely.
I saw how he acted so I thought of doing a "good thing" and report.
You can check logs I simply reported what he did, I was very disapointed from him at that point,

I cannot allow a player back into the server until they fully understand and admit to their faults. If you are unbanned thinking you never did anything wrong then you will have learned nothing.
