HELP: cant join the game in VC!

Everytime i try to join the game i get this error: 0x20746964

OMG I can't play the game, everytime i got through that an error would happen where i'm watching the opening, i press space to skip through, doesn't work it just crashes. Then i sat through all of the opening credits and it still crashed, me and my friend have this same problem. if anyone can help thank you
I've reinstalled both things and i have no mods

1. Check if single player works or also crashes.
2. Reinstall both the game and MTA client
3. If you are running Vista, make sure MTA and VC have administrator rights.
