A short tutorial

What if we make a short tutorial (At least 15-30 seconds?) for newbies?
I mean, I know it's kinda light RP and there is a /rules command but at least they have been taught what are the do's and don'ts before they play.

And also in cases where a player obtains multiple violation warnings, the admin can /forcetutorial [ID] him where he will be kicked and when he came back he will again should read the short tutorial.

What do you think?

Huge huge tutorial screen seems like a nice idea, I'm having a hard time getting ppl to understand a single line of instruction "/register, /login".
Maybe if I spam it all across their screen they will use it.
