Actually no, he probably wont.
Just because there are a few official families doesnt mean all other ones are shut down, same for police and every other player groups.
They have every right to execute whatever kind of roleplay they want, as long as it is compliant with the Server rules and Clans n Groups rules.

Official status does not grant exclusivity, or any other advantages or reservations for that matter. (Being official has nothing to do with you being scripted btw, only a few official groups enjoy scripted priviledges). It is a recognition by the server's owners about long standing dedication and standards shown by the group.

I was completely agreeing with you till the point where privileges are given to long standing dedicated groups as it's clearly not true .... As Air Division is an clear example that there is no requirements or standarts to reach script support...  it's all about who supports you and who doesn't.
