Briefcases - NOT for long-term storage

Since it appears there is a huge deal of confusion in this, allow me to clear it up.

Briefcases do NOT replace wallets. You should not empty your cash into them as they are not intended for long-term storage of cash. They are intended for dead drops, and transferring of large lump sums of cash (non-case method will eventually be limited to 100k).

There is no more /pickpocket so no more use in not keeping cash on hand; once this changes again we'll let you know.
