Sony exclusive present code does not work?

I've jusr received some codes from sony as christmas present gift. I tried to redeem the the game called "Tiny Hawk". But then it says code not correct or may no longer be valid. I entered the code correctlly,the messages in the email also said the code is valid until 8 January 2014. I tried switching to my US account,still doesn't work. Didn't check the other code yet.

Well if you don't feel comfortable calling them, I'm pretty sure Sony has a customer support email. Try to contact them that way.
