GTA SA:Texture Problem

As you can see the defualt texture are not normal.No mods installed.

If your screen resolution is x16 that's the problem, set it to 32.
other than that I'm not sure what it could be.

Reinstall your graphics drivers. Once properly installed, set your computer's resolution to a 32-bit resolution. Then do the same in your game.
