i would like cars to spawn unlocked because i save my car at my house then i go far away from my house then i leave the game.and rejoin i call taxi and say go to my GS (my car location) but when i go back my car is stolen

I think you mean cars to be spawned LOCKED not UNLOCKED as you said. If i am right i will vote but you need to tell me if i am right or no. It's illogical as you said....

I say have the car Stay in its current state.
If you leave the game and your car was locked have it stay locked and if it was unlocked the same.

As for car resets i think they should spawn locked and then let the owner decide in what state he wants to leave it in.
