Group registration?

i have created a group on argo but i just want to register them its an emergency services group just to role play better we have close to 20 members i just want to get us registered so we can be more legit,

Speak to a Manager in-game.
They can create a group for you, so you can manage it by adding/removing/editing ranks, inviting members and all that stuff.  It won't be like the SAPD group as that contains features strictly for SAPD and other Official Law Enforcement groups.

You need to have a topic, two weeks old and at least five members. /help groups IG.
