Go to chrome://extensions/ and disable everything, if there is something that can't be disabled just tale a picture of it I'll tell you what to do.

Another thing I would suggest is running an Anti-Malware scan on your PC too: http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Also check your recently installed programes 'Programs and features' it should be called. Click the 'installed on' tab and check for anything suspicious.

What you've most likely done is installed something recently and didn't check(Or rather uncheck) little extra options during the installation process. Thus this has installed alongside.
