Cannot Connect to Argo SA:MP

So this started like 2 days ago. I had not changed anything and it just started like a snap.

Basically I cannot connect to the server. It launches samp and then it says: Connecting to 95.141.37.186:7777... and the next line appears after a while saying: The server did not respond. Retrying.. and it repeats itself over and over.

I have tried to check my firewall, but it was not the problem.

[SA:MP] is not down, You have to contact manager+ for this problem.

Make sure that you're using 0.3z not x since the server was upgraded few days ago.
