I don't see why this needs script support, it's very easy to roleplay..

Each time someone posts, I ask the same question to myself. If the driver doesnt return the car on time, call 911 if the problem is safety of car. >.<

I think they are pointing out to the fact that car disappears after its owner disconnects.. so they are suggesting something that would work around it ;p

although, dunno if that is possible to script in this client version

It is possible in my opinion, though a player should stay active if a car is being rented, no pain no gain...

yeah.. that's for sure..

otherwise in a short period of time we would have people that just rent a car for an hour and then go out of the server

I believe it would speed up "how do I find car" solution, so our Taxi service could get more attention. -Taxi from that person's location to Rent-a-car service run by certain people.

If possible, command like /rent, ( while in vehicle ) makes your vehicle present on server 1h after you log would be perfect in my opinion.
So, later actions would be roleplayed, and person who owns rented cars ( If have to leave ) could go out without any problems.

Pretty good idea but i am not supporting it. Why? Becouse the server is an RP server. If you just take out the rp possibilities what kind of server would it be? As other said it can be easyly done by rp. And if you are thinking of "nit getting the car stolen" u should stop it cos car thefts give some work to cops.
