If you're not using retail version of GTA, then you can't use Social club I think.

Or download 1.0.7.0 patch, they developed the patch because they think it will avoid playing with crack but it isn't worked. Better than old one and no need to install "Rockstar Social Club"

[Senate]

Download and install patch 1.0.7.0, this will remove social club from the game, it is no longer necessary to play.
