I received several reports of you using HP hacks so I decided to spectate you, what is as was you in a shootout with police with low HP say around 10, then I watched as this HP magically jumped up to nearly full. Hello Joel, I understand why you made the decision to ban me but you should of talked with me beforehand. The minute 5 officer began shooting at me and I knew that I was HP bugged. I told everyone on /s to stop as I identified that I had been HP bugged. In my screen, my HP was full. To avoid a situation like this, I simply relogged (and I did inform everyone) and I relogged by entering the PD car en route to jail. You then banned me.

If you can access the logs, you can clearly see that I lost my Armour when my vehicle exploded in Queens after crashing onto the wall at a high speed. The impact of the explosion caused me to fly 10 meters and losing my armour.

As for this occurring a couple of times, I must mention that there was an incident where Ricky_GvardiaT knifed Quincy and on his screen he died but not on mine. I shot at Quincy's body and I was the one that killed him.  Another incident was when I Jeremy and Vincent slice the two cops but one of them were still alive and were 'walking' around but flat on the floor. - Hopefully you can use that to find some sort of pattern.

Please resolve this misunderstanding as soon as possible as this has put my position in Gvardia in jeopardy.

I'll leave it to managers to check logs etc and decide on the case, I was aware that you claimed to be bugged however I disregarded this comment due to the fact you only said it after someone mentioned they had reported you which made me feel like it was a possible attempt to disguise hacks

I can't view when other users report so how would I know? Also, I almost never pay attention to the /p chat when in combat (who would ) Please refer a manager to this case as soon as possible.

Oh and my San Andreas is clean, no modifications or anything.

I would also like to include that ever since I created an account, I can not see any player's HP/Armour bar.
