I assume the account named freak01_gambino is your first account, right?
Now why did you register Freak01 after that and give an administrator issues when they asked about your first account?

My first account was Freak01 then i changed it to Freak_gambino at the city hall in the game, then the administrater told me to change it back to freak01 which I was busy doing while I was busy I got Kicked out and I did Not Know how to send a unban request so I changed my name to Simon_Sullivan because my friend Max_sullivan asked me to when my name was Freak_gambino, so i told him i was going to f=do it once i logged off.

Alright so you were told to remove _gambino from your name and were kicked from the server, you joined with freak01 as you thought that's how you change your name, I guess?
So you then registered Freak01 and an administrator spoke to you about the new account which led to the ban.

Unfortunately that misunderstanding led to further problems as you then registered a new account after the ban, thus banevading.

Seems we can take this as a misunderstanding as it's a first offense, when unbanned you will need to return to the account Freak01_gambino and change that account name to remove Gambino as that is your first account registered.

When you join you will need to find an administrator to give you a namechange to remove Gambino and change your name to something else.
