The HAARP And The Balkan Floods

Now, before i jump into this i want to make it clear that i'm not pointing fingers at someone and saying they're using a secret military weapon against multiple countries. I just feel the need to throw this here.

I'm sure many of you heard of catastrophic floods in Serbia and Bosnia, where i live. I live in a city which means i'm not really affected by this,
except for the fact that there's no school till monday and there wasn't school since the last thursday. Heavy raining for multiple days caused this. Most of april it was rainy, and it rained viciously for 3 days. Which caused floods in very minor cities. However these floods are destroying someones home while im typing this which makes severe damage in a minor city. That's bad. However its not the same level of intensity everywhere. What worries others are the bacteria and the wreckage. Landslides are the worst and they're the aftermath of this. Some people died, and those who lived to tell the tale won't tell a happy one. So, why? Has god forsaken us? Well, rumors have it that god doesn't have to do with any of this. So who's responsible? People and several conspiracy theory television shows say that the HAARP and America are the ones responsible.

HAARP? Whats a HAARP? Is that the weird instrument? No, as conspiracy theorists claim its a program aimed to control weather, floods, droughts etc. Why America? Because the program is located in America. It has been said on may 2014 (this month) that this program will shut down. Its a little odd seeing as one of the worst catastrophes in Bosnia is happening now but lets let that slide. So, what are your thoughts about it? I wan't to hear your thoughts!

I'm from Croatia, but not the flooded area.
In my personal opinion I don't think HAARP has anything to do with this. Maybe it does but we'll most likely never know.
It was established in 1993, so if you look at it, what about the floods before this program?
My area has been flooded many times, but mainly because of the severe rain that occurs. Can't blame anyone but Nature without a valid proof that HAARP did it.

U gornjem delu atmosfere postoji sloj cestica koje su jonizovane (naelektrisane), koji se zbog toga zove jonosfera.

Taj sloj je ko sto pomenuh vrlo bogat naelektrisanim pokretnim cesticama, sto znaci da se sveobuhvatno moze posmatrati kao veliki provodnik (struje) ono zemlje.
Za njega se primetilo (mislim) kad su ljudi poceli da salju radio signale, za koje se zna da idu pravolinijski, a ono moze da se prime i oko zemlje. Naucnici rekli "koj kurac sad" i dosli do zakljucka da oko zemlje mora da postoji neki stit koji odbija te talase nazad. Taj stit je obicno provodnik.

Tesla je onomad shvatio da je rezonanca jebena stvar, kojom cuda mozes da napravis ako samo nadjes prirodnu frekvenciju necega. Ta jonosfera ima svoju frekvenciju na kojoj ne da je provodnik, nego je provodnik u picku materinu (za naizmenicnu struju te frekvencije). Samim tim je pokusavao da napravi toranj koji bi stvorio vertikalan talas koji bi rezonirao sa jonosferom, i tako, sa vrlo malim gubicima "upumpavao elektricnu energiju", dokle god bi imao neki drugi toranj da istu ispumpava iz jonosfere.

To je teorijski mislim moguce izvesti, ali je prakticno nemoguce zbog teznje ljudi da naplate energiju, a ovako ne moze bas kontrolisati ko je trosi.

Haarp nema veze sa ovim, ali, primetili su ljudi da kad zvizne neka solarna oluja ovu jonosferu, moze joj poremetiti strukturu, tako da umesto da odbija radio talase, na kojima se zasnivala stara radio komunikacija oko zemlje, uzme pa pocne da ih propusta. Samim tim, radio Amerika se ne moze cuti u beogradu.

HAARP projekat je jedan veliki predajnik (mora da bude veliki, kako bi mogao da salje talase i velikih talasnih duzina-niske frekvencije), koji nekako pokusava da usmeri te talase na gore prema jonosferi, i da detektuje kako su se odbili, ili kako je jonosfera reagovala ili statijaznam, a sve da bi se doslo do nekakavog zakljucka kako da se naprave sistemi koji bi bili malo sigurniji u slucaju solarnih eksplozija, ili bar predvidelo koja ce eksplozija sjebati sistem komunikacija, kako bi se pripremili ili stagaznam.

Na zalost, ovako se ne moze uticati na mozak ljudi koji veruju da moze (zato sto isti taj mozak i nemaju), kao sto ne moze ni da se utice na klimu, posto je efekat kao kad bi duvanjem u antenu na televizoru probao da pokvaris sliku (samo obrnuto).

Jos da dodam, kod nas je postavljen PRIJEMNIK. Pasivna zica koja PRIMA talase. Jebena antena, koja ne salje talase. Efekat toga na vas mozak je kao efekat koji ja sada proizvodim da promenim ukus toga sto sad jedete ili pijete, tako sto slusam kako prolazi autobus.

Ko god veruje u ovo, ne mora da se brine, nema on mozga da bi mogo bilo ko da ga cacka tu

Croatia was hit by floods aswell? I didn't know this. Thanks for posting your opinion on this.

Also why the hell would US do this to us, because we are tough on the internet? If someone wanted to destroy us or something they would do it now, we don't have enough soldiers to defend two cities.

While it is true that the US could easily destroy us in a matter of days, and im talking the whole country, however i don't think ANYONE can just kill us. We have a decent defense for a decent attack. I also think that the whole HAARP situation is false, but its open for debate and everyone is allowed to defy our statements. As Jenny_Adams said, while there's no concrete proof that this is the doing of the HAARP, we can only blame mother nature.

Actually, the bad weather was in Albania as well, for a week. That cloud passed us, and now it's in Serbia/Bosnia/Croatia/etc?. It just happens that it became worse there.

My uncle that lives in Albania told me about this, but it wasn't even close to this intensity. However while its sunny now in Bosnia, the weather forecast told us that there might be rain over the weekend. If the rain was as powerful as the last one (there was hail in some cities) it will truly be a catastrophe.

I never said it was. It was the same situation here, but the damage was 0. Lasted for a week or two. RIP.
