Towtruck Towing

Hi guys and staff I was wondering when is the script of towing is going to be available to merchanics because it is really frustrating when a player runs out of fuel and can do nothing about it when you are far away from a gas station and when you call a mechanic for help he says he can tow because it is not in the script yet so please script it ASAP!!!
