[Support] ARPD Forum registration

As some of you know, there is an issue with registering on ARPD forums, because the email server stopped to work and so cannot send activation links.

If you are going to register on ARPD forum, PM me or Mihail here afterwards (us, because we know IV:MP players and can't confuse them with bots...) We can manually approve the accounts till the email server gets working again.
