These were refunds given to players whose vehicles got removed due to changes. The refunds given were taken from _old car prices_ since that is what you spent buying it.

Anyone else's car that was removed and no refund given had one of two reason;
#1 Your car was parked in a retarded position (blocking way, infront of building or just plain retarded).
#2 Your car was removed and you are banned or been inactive for over 6 months.

Anyhow, as it's explained several times in-game.
These prices are legit due to the fact that we want to prevent that the majority of the players in the server easily can buy themselves a sports car. Everyone will think twice now before buying anything and it will reduce the spam of infernus'es, cheetahs and all those other cars.

This. Last thing we want is to everyone run around in Infernuses and PCJ's and what have you. We want people to use the "normal" cars a little more.

As for one specific vehicle; PCJ, I will clarify something behind it's price.

The PCJ is so expensive due to the fact that it is the fastest vehicle in the game after Hunter (when going a straight line). PCJ's were 3rd most popular vehicles in the server right behind Infernuses and Cheetahs. We do not want such a vehicle (which, by the way, when used correctly is next to invulnerable) to be so popular.
